-Minimum 55+ hour weeks. I began to force myself to work less in order to preserve my mental health and found myself threatened out of my position. -No proper Union structure or support -Benefits are expensive and certainly not favorable compared to other public school districts in the area -Administration conned me into a position that I was not fully qualified. They told me I was hired for one position, and failed to brief me on the change until 2 weeks before the start of the school year. -Strict adherence to curriculum and micromanagement of achieving deadlines
