Low pay, no vacation time, sick only because of law, employees are not #1 even though they are told it, overtime is mandatory, your family means nothing to them no matter the situation business first, of the owner says it's right even if he is wrong it's right, employees are the dung under their shoes unless you're management or have money, the soft armor is actually expired 90% of the time unless you're a big contract, their PV is actually spray adhesived on so it will fall apart, the sewers are treated like crap and scolded even if they made product correctly, they want quantity rather than quality and then complain when it's not good enough, they don't think the regular Joe trying to make a personal purchase is good enough to make their product so the push them out until the bigger money items are complete and if they get another big money item they will continue the push back, management tries to sabotage their employees they took away matching 401k unless they feel like it, paychecks bounce every now and then, there are no career opportunities DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU
