A generous company. Great benefits and good compensation, a good company to be in if your 55 or older and not looking to advance the company or yourself in any way and glide gracefully into retirement.

Not forward thinking. This company seems to have a need to "just maintain" in every area despite ideas and thoughts given by the personnel to better the group or company as a whole. Also, it seems to reward inefficient personnel and promote those to management positions and continue to compensate annually despite inefficiencies or effectiveness. Archaic in almost facet of their business.
