Timed on everything, including bathroom breaks and if you take too much time you are fired Back to back to back calls with little time to breathe Difficult to have visibility due to 100+ IT Staff members Service Desk Callers are Taco Bell Employees Hard to move up within the company You are just a disposable number to the company
