      Routine, less hard when everybody shows up, sometimes you get a break.

      Constantly short staffed, managers show favoritism, little to no training, even if you don't get a break, shift leaders are instructed to fix the times on the computer to reflect a 30 break so as to not violate labor laws and save money with labor.
