Training site was unsafe—bedbug infestation, poor ventilation, lack of transparency. Leadership brushed off concerns, HR was unresponsive, and payroll issues occurred after I resigned. The mission is admirable, but the work environment was unacceptable. Advice to Management: Prioritize staff and client safety, improve communication, and address facility issues before moving forward.
