At TI you benefit from the friendly, supportive environment of a small consultancy whilst getting to work directly with huge global organizations. The nature of projects and management styles differ depending on which account you work on, but if you are proactive you can seize exciting opportunities when they arise and drive your own career growth. Hard work and ambition is rewarded both in terms of compensation and career progression. Although TI is far from a traditional recruitment consultancy, most roles do involve a heavy proportion of headhunting with some exceptions when clients request special research projects. However it's the long-term, close collaboration with clients that sets TI apart and this experience can lead to more mainstream consultancy roles in the future if desired.

Svantaggi

Internal promotions can be limited to titles rather than bringing new responsibilities, until you get to a senior level within the company. Training is offered but it tends to be specific to TI rather than widely recognized.

Very understanding when it comes to needing afternoons/morning off for appointments. Full remote was an easy transition and they have implemented programs to make sure everyone can work effectively from home.

- Small organization that gives people the opportunity to learn, grow, and progress rapidly if they put in the work. - I felt like my managers listened to me regarding what projects or experiences I wanted to accomplish for my own personal growth. - Leadership team sits in Chicago office and is very accessible. Opportunities to work on one-off projects with CEO/SVP. - Great culture! Happy hours on Friday, pool table in the office, a work hard/play hard atmosphere. Week between Christmas/New Years the office closes. - Autonomy - if you are the type of individual that is self-driven, it is an environment where you will shine.

Svantaggi

- A lot of the work is long-term projects that can last 6-12 months. At times it can be a little monotonous. The managers I worked with were very good about switching my focus to different industries or clients to liven things up. - Benefits are pretty standard. Would like to see a better 401k match, but at a smaller organization that may not be possible.
