There are some great online training options available. Well hidden but there if you look. Some great team members who really should look elsewhere !

senior management really let down the company. There are senior managers heading up large RPO accounts with extremely poor management skills. They’re not liked by the client because they don’t take the time to learn how the account runs before implementing unworkable solutions. Poor people management skills and a reputation for bringing in friends who aren’t needed in the structure instead of actual feet on the ground to do the work. Pay is poor compared to market and the progression opportunities are limited.
