The people I worked with directly were good people. We worked hard to support each other despite not getting any support from leadership.

They lie constantly. They will tell you what they think you want to hear in an interview process and then when you start you find out it was all a lie. Leadership cuts commission plans every year and increase burdens to put more money in their pockets. Employees have had massive chunks of their commissions taken away by plan changes and had to struggle to make ends meet, and the advice is to work harder even if they are already putting in 50-60 hours a week. Meanwhile C Level execs are building second houses in other countries and have personal drivers. They bring people in to save accounts and build relationships and then fire them and hand those accounts to their friends that they just brought on. They have no sense of loyalty and will fire you on the spot with no reason and get angry if you ask them to provide one. They have the absolute worst commission structure I have ever seen, and they discourage communication with higher up leadership. Each region is in a silo and there is very little cross communication through the company. They "strongly encourage" positive reviews on sites like this or in staffing surveys. Not only is this the worst company I have worked for, but it is the worst company I have ever worked with or heard of. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Thank you for taking the time for the review. Truth and transparency is something we have worked hard to instill in our organization and there are always opportunities for improvement. Teammates and leaders are so helpful with making intros to their network, giving newer people like me a leg up! There is ongoing training on best practices, strategy, and new technology to make sure we're bringing out A-game with clients. Even in a remote market, we get together often, and I feel closer to my current teammates than I did at companies where I worked in an office.

Cold calling and breaking into a new market isn't for the weak, but also... that's the nature of the job!
