      It's a job and you get paid.

      No benefits for consultants, no support once contract/consulting job begins. Company does not pay for living expenses for out of state contracts. Pay rate the company receives is within the norm but they take > 25% and you get the rest which is way below average especially considering they don't pay for any T&E.

      Thank you for your review, all contract employees are offered benefits. You must have declined them at the time of your onboarding. I am sorry that you did not read all the documentation, additionally we are also a business and yes you are correct taxes and our profit is approx 25%. Taxes are non-negotiable and we comply with all state and federal regulations. The rest is our profit as a business and we have among the lowest profit margins in the business.       Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.
