      There is no growth, raises are slim to none! They aren’t for their employees, they are more for the companies they service. They have no sick time or personal leave days.

You are welcome to take personal time off. Unfortunately there is no paid personal time off as a contractor. 3. The pay rates are controlled by our clients and not us.       Perhaps they should consider offering federal holiday pay. As an hourly contract employee, whatever days we have off, we don't get paid but I'm aware that other contract companies offer holiday pay.
