Teachers have no support from the director. Classroom supply lists are rarely filled. Making money for the upper management and owners is definitely the number one priority instead of the kids.. 40 hours paid time off after a year, no sick pay, nothing else. Director is always giving the same excuse about raises: "we're losing money because room x and room y aren't filled" (but the center doesnt not have adequate staff to cover those rooms at capacity)
