Talk Staff is a brilliant place to work, everyone gets on, the atmosphere is amazing, the directors join in on the office banter, never any animosity or cut throat atmosphere, its very relaxed and enjoyable when we are all together. Talk Staff has a clear vision of what they are aiming for operationally and the directors have a hands on approach to help make it happen. Gary and David have directorship that makes you want to get stuck in and help them achieve and make their business a success. They are always looking at ways to make it a better place to work, and they welcome any feedback with open arms, constantly striving to ensure employees are happy. Very accommodating to personal situations, always happy to talk and show that they are there for you. Ive never worked for such a great organisation, and will forever recommend the business.

No cons spring to mind!

I have worked at Talk Staff for over a year now and in terms of staff rewards and recognition, training and development and being part of a fantastic team that celebrates each other’s success, its by far the best company that I have worked for. Talk Staff are a multi award winning business that is recognised for investing time to train and develop staff, and allow the opportunity to progress. We have fantastic parties, great success and pay day pizza, we also contribute to charity events that make for a really fun day in the office. We all work hard, but we reap the rewards. I don’t think a workplace could get a more collaborative team than Talk Staff currently have.
