Interesting area to operate in. Hybrid and flexible working were allowed for a while, but this is becoming much more restrictive.

This is not the same company it was a few years ago. The highly capable people who built the organisation have left or are on their way out. CEO's self-belief greatly outstrips his ability. Problems are dealt with using toxic positivity followed by surprise decisions. It's hard to know the true state of affairs when you feel like you are being sold to by the CEO and answers to questions are evasive. Anxiety-driven decision making is pervasive.
