4yThank you for your feedback! The onset of the pandemic placed a spotlight on the need for change. Our telemarketing department was eliminated at the beginning of the pandemic due to the ever increasing regulations and penalties for calling new business owners on their cell phones when the cell phone was the only registered number for new businesses. This was a difficult decision for all involved. We certainly tried our best to provide a smooth transition for our colleagues success.
