Change is constant. The company moves very quickly to adapt to industry changes, and actively pursues development goals. Employee goals & roles also adjust accordingly each year. The SaaS products are at the top of the Fintech industry and sell well. Multiple releases of the products and internal service apps happen each year. As a place to work, it can be demanding at times, but I've seen worst at other companies in the same business. Management awards top performers and there are multiple rungs to climb up in each of the job category ladders. Salary offered is competitive in the Fintech space.
