Been with Realiste AI for over two years now, and I’d say it’s been a good ride. The work is technically challenging in a way that keeps you engaged — we’re not just building toy models, but actual AI solutions that go into production. On the downside, like any fast-growing startup, things can feel a bit unstructured at times. Some internal processes are still being figured out, so there’s occasional confusion around roles or timelines. There were sprints where the workload got intense, and not all teams communicate as smoothly as they could. Also, while the company values innovation, sometimes that means jumping into new things before fully finishing or documenting the old ones. It’s not perfect, but it’s a place where you can learn fast, contribute meaningfully, and work with people who care about what they’re doing. Definitely recommend if you’re okay with a little chaos in exchange for impact.
