Offices are deteriorating, and 3 to 4 people are crammed in one small office, despite floor space that could be used for a better environment. People are used as temporary commodities, often pitted against one another, creating an atmosphere of distrust. Men have a comaraderie, but women are isolated. Leadership is competitive with employees, rather than using advanced experience as a way to improve their processes and stage them for the anticipated growth.
