Nice very very very nice

There is no cons in this

As all profit orientation company gives you learning.

A list of cons i experienced some of them are 1. Both director of this companies are dictators. 2. No Job assurity, you can be fire any time. 3. Quality of product is too poor because each developer there can do 2 month task in 10 days then you can expect what will be quality. 4. No Employee benefit, Management says you should plan your leave which is one in a month. I don't think who can plan single leave for whole month, there can be 100s of reason for urgency. 5. Poor review process, Only Chamchaa rocks there. 6. Normally you have too work 11 hours a day. Very high work load.
