Great working environment - Recensione dipendente - Senior IOS Developer presso Tap Mobile

I've been working at TapMobile for over a year, and I have to say that this is one of the greatest and most fulfilling experiences I've had in my life. TapMobile is the ultimate combination of cutting edge technology, a friendly and warm work environment, and a great working conditions. With our small and talented team, I was privileged to take part in making the edge of AI technology accessible to everyone through the app store, while having a fun and challenging learning experience.

Nothing I have in mind.

1. Startup atmosphere in it's best - no bureaucracy, unnecessary calls,approvals with 50 departments and so on. Nothing stops you from being fast - only helps you. The specific of products also give you a feeling of fast feedback that helps fast grow. 2. Realy professional team. SEO is a superman in terms of understanding both buisness and technic, and all other team is also full of people you have a lot to learn from. So if you are giving yourself, you will see a realy fast growth. 3. Innovation in the culture - we start using generative AI just after it realized one of the first on the market, integrated language models in our products and so on. 4. Great product culture, maximally data-driven. All the desicions are performed based on the data 5. Very comfortable office in the most beautiful part of the city :)

It's totally not a sinecure or a place you can combine with other job - work-life balance is great but it still requires all of you during working hours :) The only real cons (if you want to work) is that only 10 people are here in the office in 2023. We have great trips on holidays (instead of working days) and fantastic atmosphere, but there almost no regular workspace activities like board game evenings/quizzes/thursday beer/lectures, meet-ups/etc.
