After covid the company kept prioritized mental health. we have a pretty flexible schedule as long as you're available to work evenings and weekends.

The sales, other luxury brands do not have sales . It's been suggested they put all sale items in the outlet. The outlet customer is a different shopper, the price points in the retail store are too expensive for them, they are alwas looking for a sale and outlet has them trained to belive that they are getting one at all times of the year. In return it messes with our conversion, these cilents want to see the items in person and we just dont carry them in the retail store.
