      Amazing team of technologists. Most of the senior management (outside of Paris or Brussels) know what's going on.

      The senior management in Brussels and Paris forgot what the business was trying to achieve. Too much business strategy change. CEO decided to make a 5 year plan based on his retirement.

      The colleagues were the best. A pretty young mindset. Usually, you will work on projects for big clients.

      Salary is very low and you can expect it to stay that way. Negotiating is tough because you do not negotiate directly with the people that will take the final decision. You'll be asked to work some extra hours sometimes or go to see their client in another country without any compensation and without acknowledging that you might have a private life out of the office.
