A small team, Very friendly and helping (techie) people at all levels in the hierarchy. If you are experienced, you have lot of opportunity to play around with your creativity and imagination. Again, If you are a fresher, This is the best place to start with. You will have the opportunity to learn and become a master in what you are passionate about and in different technologies. Less pressure in working hour.

The company showed a complete lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Urgent queries and concerns were consistently ignored, and there was poor communication throughout the contract period. Despite repeated attempts to get clarity regarding contract renewal, I was continuously given false assurances and ghosted for almost an entire month. The decision not to renew the contract was only communicated during the final week of employment, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, the experience reflected very poor management and communication practices.
