You may not always work on what you want to work on, but every job there is critical to the company’s success

Family like environment, you get to be around cool people and cool firearms all day, the work is enjoyable. Insofar as it is work, there are no downsides in my opinion. I loved it!

Sometimes the 8 hours could feel like a long while toward the end of the day but thats the case with any job really.
