Sad Company - Recensione dipendente - Ladies Fashion Manager presso Target Australia

This company is run by a bunch of patriarchal bullies who have no idea what it's like to work within a store nowadays. They have no compassion for anyone suffering from illness, let alone mental illness, even to the point of Regional Managers and Managers forcing team members out with increased bullying tactics. There is little reward or incentive for hard work, and the contant changes within store, (sometimes things are done and redone 3 or 4 times catering to an obnoxious Regional Managers whim) lead to extremely low self esteem and work satisfaction. Most of my past colleges are only there because they can't afford not to be. Very sad.
