Target offers several events with intriguing speakers and/or that facilitate a sense of camaraderie across the company.

Training is very systematic, done through a series of videos and Zoom trainings, and is not personalized based on your learning style. There's minimal opportunity to contribute your thoughts and ideas beyond the established frameworks, which is unfortunate because the company's been going downhill and is in dire need of fresh ideas.
