Working for target is like working any other minimum wage job. The job itself isn't necessarily exciting. The culture at Target, however, makes the difference. Need a day off? Not a problem. Need to have specific days off? Not a problem, you're not responsible to come in outside of your availability. Want to take on more responsibility? As long as you've shown yourself competent, you'll get it. I've been trained for virtually every non-management position in my store after just over a year.
