You have the opportunity to cross train into other departments after onboarding, which I would recommend trying to do. You get a small discount. Most locations will let you wear jeans as well as khaki’s for uniform. They have a very strong company culture

Lots of favoritism, especially among management. Too many hours, disregard for availability. The app used to clock in and do company stuff is complicated and difficult. A lot of acronyms and apps, departments, lots to memorize. Guests will be very rude or inhumane at times. Dubious health and safety. Dubious covid safety. Really anti-union, anti labor or worker rights. Pressure to push credit/upsell at the front end, reach numbers.
