Smh - Recensione dipendente - Sales Floor Team Member presso Target

Target recently started throwing out all the dedicated experienced and loyal veterans and replacing them with cheaper younger idiots straight out of college with no retail experience or even plain old work experience. With 6 years under my belt, having a 22 year old moron replace our department executive that had over a decade of wisdom under their belt is a huge poison to the teams morale. Watched this exact scenario happen multiple times throughout the store in the past 4 years. Team members are now more knowledgable experienced and harder working than all executives combined.
