There’s a lot on your shoulders and it doesn’t help when higher ups who know nothing about STYLE have unrealistic expectations. •Zero work-life balance. I was constantly exhausted and never wanted to do anything on my days off •Not enough recognition or appreciation •If you aren’t a brown noser you won’t move up •Health benefits suck. High deductible.
