Extremely bad management, constant turnover of managers (which speaks to the ETLS and overall company culture), lack of punishment for managers even when they have done serious issues. Company culture is very dramatic and clique-ish even when you intentionally stay out of it. Will screw you over time and time again. Don’t even think about becoming a TL because it will not happen (this is not speaking from personal experience but about 5 other close friends of mine at the same company and location), no matter if you’ve been there for 5+ years or more. I’m not kidding.
