6yPlease know that Glassdoor encourages employers to invite their employees to post candid reviews of their work experience. We started this process with the executive staff and have since expanded to everyone here at Tark. There is no incentive or repercussion for posting or not posting; a good or bad review. We followed the same process with empowered servant leadership (i.e., we began with the executive staff and expanded to everyone). This focus is probably what you refer to when you say, "he [the CEO] only talks with his managers" As more and more reviews are posted from non-management, perhaps you'll see that not "everyone is job hunting and looking to leave." Our door is always open.
