Experiences varied depending on who your manager was. I was very fortunate to be managed by a very supportive line manager, but other divisiuons not so much. Not so interested in the welfare of their staff Sales people didn't know their targets which makes it hard to know if you're doing well! No HR department so no health and safey at work People seen as commoidiities Not very good IT No flexibility with working hours Disparity in salaries for the same jobs in different divisions
