Instead, they focus more on revenue earning approach using staff augmentation and individual placement business. In spite of all the buzz words and phrases around value added consulting and technology solutions, their main emphasis is on using the technical resources as "bodies" a.k.a. "skilled worker bees" as opposed to the leaders and movers in the consulting paradigm.
