No dress code. You can see many people coming to office as if they are coming to some pub, some wedding. There's lot of freedom it terms of team lunch, whatever you want to wear you can- no objection from anyone

Lot of politics is there. The people working there from years think that they they do anything. There are manager to who you need to butter if you want good hike. Now lets talk about hr team. They are like college people. Always out, spend most of the time in cafeteria. They have a policy that you cannot drink and come to office. These people go to pub in office hours and come back to office to take their belongings. If senior people support them then obviously employees will take advantage. If this thing would have done by people from delivery or other team they would have asked them to leave. They the spoc of people you should see the way they dress-up, talk to candidate. If face I have seen one recruiter talking to the candidate laughing on him face and disconnecting the call. At least I have never seen such recruiters in my last companies.

Lack of diversity. There has never been a female on the homogenous executive team, with most members of the executive team having been with Tavant for 10+ yrs in that role. Commission - Never paid. Management uses "Management discretion" to keep your sales commission down so they (the division president) can allot more of that bonus pool to themselves. It used to be more fun at Tavant, events were engaging, but that all ended when the marketing guy left. New person is a bland in terms of how Tavant was selling its offerings. Great place to sit around and work. No upward mobility. Maybe would have upward mobility if you moved to the big office in Bangalore
