Management lacks creativity or flexibility. Saw a shift from focus on quality to speed/quantity and pandering to bigger names. No training. No room to advance. Ok...so, some people did grow their careers but only those who started very very junior. If you started mid-career, then almost no opportunity to advance...more than 5y and never saw any room to grow.
