Taylor Morrison has been my family for over 20 years and 4 divisions and 2 different states. The culture of the organization is hands down the best in the industry and why I'm here. From the leadership of our CEO all the way down to our division levels you can feel the culture and passion for what we do, Even during the hard times and the good times.

I truly don't have anything negative to say about my 20 years of working at Taylor Morrison and have been through many leadership changes and industry downfalls. Taylor Morrison has always done the right thing and what is best for not only the company but it's employees and vendors.

Good benefits and decent pay

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
