Not much to be honest

Unnecessary and unproductive amount of meetings, borderline unethical and poor business tactics by upper management and zero concern for employees mental health, work load and insight. The lack of logical processes, vendor management and non existent training in this division is mind blowing and would not recommend any opportunity to anyone.

Taylor Morrison's culture sets the standard within the industry and it's certainly what sets us apart from our peers. We appreciate you taking the time to share some thoughts and advice, as there is always room for improvement. The behavior you've described does not reflect our values, as we prioritize work-life balance. Years ago, we introduced Wellness Days into the organization and encourage our team members to use them when needed, no questions asked.

Good benefits and decent pay

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
