Workload was manageable, especially in my team, allowing for learning and growth. Opportunities for internal learning and exposure to real customer issues. Team leads and peers were always open to mentoring and collaboration.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
