      Friendly Environment Funky CEO Cool Employees except manager

      Where does one even start. This place is such a hell hole. They've hired something like 25 + employees in the past years Only 1 has lasted over a year. I was hired along with 6 others. I know, first red flag, who hires 7 new employees in this market? Anyway, all 7 of us quit within 4-8 months. Abusive management from the partners. Low employee morale. Zero training or direction. Manager has no idea of technology. This place is a sinking ship, don't go down with them.

      Only one thing I had a great creative team.

      1. No Reward policy or no reimbursement, a very loud and lots of communication tone issue. 2. If you left this organization, they will share you some hidden policy like you can not show your work on your portfolio or FNF policy. 3. In a Month 12 people had resigned.
