Lovely participants and an attractive salary

I wish I had read the reviews here before starting this job. Management is catastrophically disorganised, borderline unethical lack of documentation for the participants, very sullen work culture across support workers and co-ordinators. They overpaid me and then bullied me into sending back more than I was entitled to in the first place. Has been a disorganised mess of an experience at every step of the way

I enjoyed my case load of participants

Never deliver on promises, treat their coordinators poorly, over work them, no support for rostering, and the second management can see you’re making progress and uncovering things been done poorly in the past they will try to make you resign and pay you out a deed of release. If you chose to stay they harass you, until you want to quit anyway.
