Cliquey, long hours, expected to have 24 hour on call, favouritism by management, treated like schoolchildren I can't speak for other branches but a toxic atmosphere in the branch I worked in where the staff don't trust the manager and the manager treats the staff like children. Manager literally took staff from consultants bookings to place them in their own to make their own numbers more attractive. Disappointing. Most people in my training group left within six-months.
