We appreciate hearing about your personal experience and are glad to learn that you like the people culture and some of our more unique work perks! ;-) We recognise that there are areas we need to make improvements on including compensation where we constantly aim to be both fair and competitive. We are currently mid-way through the Annual Salary Review and are conducting analysis such as Gender Pay Gap reporting.
