      Love the people. Excellent work life balance. HR (People and culture) team is great. developer's guild is also a nice feature of this company. Leadership, the founders in particular, seem like wonderful people and competent leaders based on my experience.

      Some Advertisers use this platform to promote content that is not as wholesome as one would wish. This is not outbrain's fault. Outbrain seems to be a leader in the industry in filtering out inappropriate content. Still, its can be a bit of a downside to know that your work efforts go partly towards displaying click baitish on a screen, Nothing is perfect I suppose.
