Practically illegal conditions. TBI will not cover the shift after yours and will "keep you hostage" for days on end at the clients home. My colleague had to stay 72 extra hours once instead of going home. If you threaten to leave they will say it's illegal under safeguarding. Clinical negligence of clients - clients cannot get out of bed without assistance of two but they will not cover shifts because it costs too much. It's absolutely awful.
Poor management, unorganised, happy for staff to care for patients without full training. Constantly asking to work extra, expecting you to work a day shift, after a night shift.
