      Coming out of school, I was really worried about where to start my career, what skills I had, what skills I needed ... it was really overwhelming. Team DFW has been perfect. I've learned so much in only a few months and I've grown so much that over the holidays it was noticeable to my family. I feel more confident communicating with people, sales isn't a scary concept anymore and I've learned goal setting and other success habits.

      It took me a week or two to get consistent. That frustrated me and I'm not sure if that is a normal or abnormal amount of time when learning to sell something.

      Thanks for your review! We love that we are often a great first step for recent college grads who know they want to be successful but aren't sure which direction to go. At the very minimum, we want to be a place for great people who want to grow their communication and leadership skills, and most end up growing long lasting careers here, as we provide many options for upward mobility.

      Opportunity = Performance + Perspective. This is one of the greatest lessons I have learned from my Boss and Mentor here at Team DFW. There is no opportunity for those who lack a successful attitude and an unquestionable work ethic. We value these things here and I personally put my blood, sweat and tears into my work. I am forever grateful to have the privilege of working with relentless leaders who help people develop the mindset of constant and never ending improvement and show them how to go from good to great to unstoppable. I am a completely different person from when I first started. The learning and teaching aspects of what we do is by far my favorite thing about this company. I personally have learned so much from this team and now I get to invest in others development. It’s rewarding to see our team unlock their potential. Learning and excelling in sales here has tremendously lifted my confidence and seeing that happen to others is the coolest thing ever. Sales teaches influence and influence is leadership. Watching our highly motivated team go through these steps is priceless. Just a few of my thoughts about working here. Unleash your magnificence. Cheers!
