      Casual atmosphere. Flexible work hours. Lots of good clients to work with.

      Management doesn't support training, overschedules projects and focuses almost exclusively on sales to the detriment of supporting existing client infrastructure well. Job responsibilities are not well defined, and the dynamics between management and technical workers breaks down quickly as soon as any mistakes are made. Priorities are constantly being changed, and while they give lots of lip service to improving processes, no support is given to those initiatives.

      Hard working team with lots of potential. Leadership is always open to contructive criticism

      There is always room to improve Wish there was more time to get to the root cause of issues everytime. We generally do, but sometimes the demands of the other clients don't accomodate spending more time on a ticket.

      The hours are nice 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

      The owner is very rude and there are so many things that are undocumented. It makes trying to learn the environment difficult. The owner also likes to belittle people in front of everyone else and is extremely unprofessional. This is by far the worst place I have ever worked in my 20 years of IT work.
