Since it’s an outsourcing company, the day to day experience will depend on who you land with. I ended up with some great people, became really close friends with the client, and the job was really interesting. I was in charge of technical solutions and pipeline development, really interesting and got to learn a lot. As for the company itself, the pay was on time, insurance was good, and they sent whatever pc parts I needed as soon as possible.

Monthly Zoom calls for team activity are uncalled for. You don’t know the people as everyone is employed by different clients.
