      For my first Post-grad job, this was an incredible experience. The people are amazing and the mood in the office was always light. In setbacks and hard times they would support you. Quite fun activities. Admin is really approachable, too.

      No major cons, but I guess no room for growth for the position. It was an amazing experiene nevertheless.

      The Board needed to leave well enough alone. Had they not interfered and hired Presidents that did not know the business I believe they still would have been in business
