There are lots of young professionals at the company.

Not much room for promotion/growth. The company likes to just hire new interns rather than promoting current interns/part-time staff to full time.

Hmm, absolutely zero positive experiences here.

May God help you when you try to leave this company, even on good terms. CEO lies when she says she will help place you with a professional sports team/league should you want to move on. Lack of respect from CEO and constantly talked to like I was 10 years old. Lack of trust from CEO therefore constant micro-management, sitting over your shoulder while you do your work. No organizational structure to company whatsoever. Zero possibility for vertical growth.
